Awareness through the Body is special because the practices, that in my eyes are very simple and fun, are something that has helped me to center myself and go to that inner space within. As I connect to my own inner presence with no worry for the outcome, that presence and energy naturally flows outwards into my work and relationships with others in a transformative way. Further, each day becomes a fresh start for me, as I continue to arrange and harmonize the various parts of myself around my center! My daughter's enthusiasm for Margo's (ATB) class intrigued me. My daughter showed signs of empowerment and esteem with each class experience. She's even happily taught me some of what she's learned!

We were only able to do these special classes once a week but even so the children learned about using breath to slow down, get grounded, and control anger. You could see some of the more troublemaker kids learn to really engage and have an aha moment of being proud when they were able to focus and concentrate on something that was initially frustrating and difficult. The thing is, I hadn't realized how much I needed ATB until The exercises we followed were really fun and easy, but left us with so much knowledge and understanding. Being able to share this awareness with our children will help them to hone their abilities early on, so they will always be able to clearly hear their voice within, and stay on their highest path more easily. In a perfect world, Awareness Through the Body would be taught right alongside Reading, Writing and Arithmetic, early on.
